13Network is an internet solution that allows outside parties (creditors and debtors) to access Chapter 13 case information for cases being administered by Nancy N. Herkert. You must have previously applied for and received a login and password to access the site. You may fax in a signed agreement/request form and send a hard copy by mail to Systems Analyst at the trustee's office at : (954)443-4452.
